Safety and Education

Our certified coaches take the time to teach our members the proper technique to ensure their personal safety and to help them reach their personal goals.


Strength Building

Adding weight training to your exercise regimen helps to build muscles while strengthening joints  and tendons making you both look and feel better.


Endurance & Cardio

Combining cardio with weight training helps to burn fat faster so you can achieve a leaner, stronger physique.

I joined Community Fitness 3 years ago when I was looking for a new gym.  The 7pm class has become a second family for me.  We really are a community and have developed friendships that extend outside the gym.  Together we work to push ourselves and each other to be better and get stronger.

As a first time crossfitter I can't say enough about the coaches and athletes at this box. Everyone is super friendly and supportive. Coach Jeff and Sam really care about proper form and make sure you are comfortable with everything you attempt, explaining everything in a way that all can understand. If you need help with anything, just ask cause everyone is willing to help you become your best. My kids are 15 and 11 and they love going and being pushed to achieve their best.
